Finder Super Saver ("Competition")

Finder is giving away up to $5,000.00 worth of prizes to Australia's ultimate super savers across 4 weekly competitions.

This competition is only open to Australian residents aged 18 and over, and ends 5:00pm AEDT 30/10/2022. Winners will be announced weekly on Instagram each Monday 5:00pm AEDT for the duration of the competition.

Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Finder's Privacy Policy located here. The Finder Terms of Service will also apply, including the receipt of the Finder Wallet and Finder Earn credit.
2. The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN 18 118 785 121) of Level 10, Suite 45, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over ("Eligible Entrants"). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Competition Period:
   • A. Be a finder app member;
   • Complete all user registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requirements for Finder Wallet in the Finder App; and
   • Complete the applicable Entry Instructions for the corresponding Competition Week below:

5. The Competition commences 9:00am AEDT on 3 October 2022 and closes at 5:00pm AEDT on 30 October 2022, unless extended by the Promoter ("Competition Period"). The Promoter reserves the right to close the Competition earlier without warning.
6. For each Competition Week in the Competition Period one winner will be selected to win the Prize that corresponds to the applicable Competition Week, as described in the table above.
7. The winner will be notified by email to the email address registered against their Finder account and push notification via the Finder App.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
10. Multiple entries for each Competition Week and its corresponding Prize are permitted. In the event of multiple entries, all will be valid and considered.
11. For Competition Weeks 1 to 3 (inclusive), one winner will be selected at 12:00pm AEDT each Monday that immediately occurs after conclusion of the applicable Competition Week. Each valid entry will be individually judged, based on creativity, originality, literary merit and suitability by a panel of judges who are representatives of the Promoter. The results of the winners for each Prize for Competition Weeks 1 to 3 are final and the Promoter will not entertain any correspondence on, or appeal against, the final results.
12. For Competition Week 4, the winner will be selected at random by a prize draw, which will occur at 12:00pm AEDT on Monday, 31 October 2022. The draw will take place at the Promoter's office: Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The results of the winner of the Prize for Competition Week 4 are final and the Promoter will not entertain any correspondence on, or appeal against, the final results.
13. The total prize pool value for Competition Weeks 1 to 3 is valued at up to $3,300. The total prize pool value for Competition Week 4 is $1,700. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, substitute any Prize for an alternative item of equal value. Each Prize is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
14. The Prize will be sent to the relevant winner's email address, as nominated by the winner.
15. The winner must claim their Prize within 2 weeks of the Promoter's email notification ("Prize Claim Date").
    • For Competition Weeks 1 to 3 (inclusive), the Promoter reserves the right to re-judge and select a new winner(s) in the event of any entrant being unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions or forfeiting or not claiming the Prize by the Prize Claim Date. If the Prize remains unclaimed or forfeits through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct further rounds of judging, as required, at the same time on the day after the Prize Claim Date.
    • For Competition Week 4, The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner(s) in the event of any entrant being unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions or forfeiting or not claiming the Prize by the Prize Claim Date. If the Prize remains unclaimed or forfeits through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct further rounds of prize draws, as required, at the same time on the day after the Prize Claim Date.
16. Where there is no Prize winner or the Prize winner cannot be found by the Prize Claim Date, that fact will be published.
17. If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate.
18. Any cost associated with accessing the Competition website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the Prize.
20. The laws of the state of New South Wales govern the Competition.
21. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize distributors and suppliers, for the purpose of conducting this Competition, and for the purposes specified in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. The Promoter's privacy policy is available here. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose entrant's personal information to any entity outside of Australia. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
