Piyush analyses product and consumer data and is responsible for developing the scoring methodology for Finder Score. He also looks after the methodology and calculations for Finder's Product Awards.
Piyush holds a MBA from Macquarie University, a MSc in Banking and Finance from the University of London, where his dissertation examined the impact of various economic factors in determining central bank interest rates, and a BSc in Economics from Symbiosis University, where he focused on econometrics.
He previously worked at RateCity.com.au, where he was responsible for developing ratings methodologies across multiple financial product verticals and overseeing the awards program, while also generating insights that have featured across various media outlets, including the AFR, Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian and The Guardian, for over 5 years.
In his spare time, he composes and records music. He is a trained classical pianist, and dabbles in rock music.
