The Airwallex Business account is a product designed for global payments that allows you to earn a return on your cash too via the Yield feature.

Airwallex lets you hold money in multiple currencies, make and receive payments across the globe and earn investment returns on your cash by moving it into Airwallex Yield. You can earn returns in Australian or US dollars.

This gives you the payment and spending capabilities of a business transaction account with the earning potential of an investment product.

Earn a return

Once your account is active you can opt to turn on Airwallex Yield, which lets you earn a return on your savings in either USD or AUD.

This is not interest, but rather investment returns from money market funds which may fluctuate.

Your money is not locked in and you can move funds out of Airwallex Yield in 1-2 business days.

Local currency accounts

Airwallex lets you open local currency accounts in over 60 countries and over 20 currencies.

These accounts have local account numbers and other banking details attached, allowing you to make and receive local payments in local currencies without any conversion fees.

International money transfers

You can make money transfers to over 150 countries cheaply with access to interbank exchange rates.

How to apply

You can apply online in just a few minutes. You'll need your name, ID and a business email.
