How does a loan from Cash.com.au work?

Loans are available for all of your business needs, from working capital to export finance. Whether you require security on the loan will depend on your personal circumstances and the loan's purpose. For example, asset finance requires security, but a stock purchase does not.
Once you have submitted an application, a broker from Cash.com.au will be in touch with you within two hours. Depending on your eligibility and factors such as whether you are applying for a secured or an unsecured loan, the loan amount and the lender, you can be funded in one business day.

My business partner is looking to sell her shares in the business for $342,500, and I’d like to arrange finance to purchase them.
This is an established business; we’ve been around for 11 years. I have $123,000 cash in the business and $88,644 owed to us in outstanding invoices – I keep these as part of the purchase. The business doesn’t have many assets other than furniture and computers but also has no debt. In addition, I have approx $400,000 equity in my house and approximately $101,000 in my personal offset account.
An ideal scenario for me is to take out a business loan for the total amount – $342,500 over 6 years so I can keep my money in the bank, but if this is not possible, I’m happy to discuss other options.
