You can apply for the BankSA Amplify Platinum Credit Card online in around 10 minutes. Get started by making sure you meet the eligibility requirements and have all the documents and details you'll need handy.

Eligibility criteria

  • New cardholder. To be eligible for the introductory offers, you must apply for a new card and cannot hold or have held an Amplify Platinum or Amplify Signature card issued by St.George, Bank of Melbourne or BankSA in the past 12 months.

Card benefits

  • Bonus Amplify Points offer. This card offers 100,000 bonus Amplify Points when you apply by 31 July 2024, get approved and spend $3,000 on eligible purchases in the first 90 days. Eligible purchases cover most everyday spending, such as supermarket shopping, dining out and petrol. But transactions that are not eligible include cash advances, BPAY payments and spending with government-related agencies. The bonus Amplify Points will be added to your points balance within 12 weeks of meeting the eligible spend criteria.
  • Discounted first-year annual fee. If you apply for a BankSA Amplify Platinum Credit Card by 31 July 2024, you'll get a reduced annual fee of $49 for the first year. After the first year, a $124 annual fee applies.
