- Virtual company cards. You can also set up company cards for business transactions that are typically made online on behalf of the company. For example, software subscriptions and supply payments.
- Custom limits. You can manage the spending limits on the account and individual cards through your Airwallex account. By default, the limit is USD$50,000 or equivalent (unless you have less than that loaded on the account).
- Expenses. Get access to this tool that helps you track expenses, with the ability to upload receipts directly to the account.
Fees
- Employee cards. Monthly fees start at $29 per month up to $499+ for larger businesses. The $29 plan includes 2 employee cards added to your Airwallex Corporate Card account, and this fee is waived to $0/month if you deposit at least $5k per month or hold a minimum balance of $10,000.
- Additional employee cards. These are $15/user each month for additional employee cards on the Explore Plan. A different pricing and usage model applies on the Grow plan and above, with 50+ company cards and multiple users included.
- Automatic conversion fee. If you pay in a currency that's not loaded on your Airwallex Corporate Card, a 1% fee will apply to the transaction.
- SWIFT transfer fees. Transfer money to 150+ countries by SWIFT and pay $10-30 per transfer.
- Other fees. Keep in mind that there may be other fees depending on how you manage the account and the other Airwallex services you use.
How to apply
You can sign up to any of the pricing plans to access the Airwallex Corporate Card. To get started, check you meet the eligibility requirements and have all the documents and details needed to complete the application.
Eligibility
- Business requirements. You must be the owner or director of the business, and you will need to provide a valid ABN or ACN number.
- Minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this account.
Documentation needed
- Business details. This includes your business name, ABN or ACN and email address.
- Personal details. You also need to provide your name and other basic details to set up the account.
- Identification. New Airwallex customers will need to provide two forms of ID, including an Australian passport, a driver's license or a Medicare card.
