Hello Paul,
Looking at Citi’s website the eligibility requirements ask for income and proof of income but don’t mention the type of income. I suggest contacting Citi directly and asking if they accept super income as a valid form of income. Check before submitting a full application.
I hope this helps.

According to https://www1.citibank.com.au/rewards it’s 2.5 Citi points to 1 velocity point which significantly devalues this card for points earning on regular spend.

Hi,
I see you have to convert Citi reward points to get the 110,000 Velocity points. Can Citi reward points be converted to different types of flyer points? I.e Air New Zealand, Quantas ect

Hi Jaie,
You can convert Citi Reward Points to Krisflyer points at a rate of 3 Citi Rewards to 1 Krisflyer Point. More info here.

Hi Mark,
The bonus points of 110,000 are provided as Velocity points, but the Rewards points per $ spent is Citi Rewards points – we’ll update the article to make this clearer.

Hi I cant find where ‘eligible purchases’ are defined wrt the bonus points and reward points

Hi Dee, As the review notes, most everyday transactions, including food, furniture, food and travel will count towards the bonus points offer. Cash advances and balance transfers don’t count, and nor will most government transactions.
