Hi Will, The TMD for this card notes that the target card holder is not expected to carry debt for a significant period of time – so as well as earning a regular income, a good track record of paying off existing debt is likely to be relevant. The minimum credit limit for the card is $20,000, which is close to a quarter of $85,000, and that might raise serviceability concerns. If you specifically want to check if an $85,000 income is appropriate, you’d need to contact Citi directly on 13 24 84. Hope this helps.

What points are earned on government (ATO) payments?
Can payment platforms such as SNIIP be used to make payments?

Hi Dean, you can use City PayAll to pay the ATO with this card – note that there’s a service fee for this (0.95% of the value) and the ATO might also charge a fee, so weigh up if those points are worth it after the fee. Hope that helps!

Hi there. I recently spoke to someone via the Chat function on the Citi website and was told there is no minimum income requirement. Is the above $150,000 minimum income requirement correct as of Jun-2024? Even the Citi Website doesn’t state a minimum income requirement so I’m just interested to know where you’re information has come from and/or is it still up to date. thank you!!

Thanks Trev, Citi recently changed their policy on this, so we’ve updated the page to reflect this. Appreciate the feedback!

Can the rewards points be converted to Asia miles for Prestige card?
Amy Bradney-George Finder
June 01, 2023
Hi Maggie,
Unfortunately Citi Points can’t be transferred to Asia Miles, according to details publicly available on the Citi Rewards website. They can be transferred to Flybuys Points, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Miles or Velocity Points. There are also other rewards credit cards that do offer point transfers to Asia Miles, including ANZ Rewards, CommBank Awards, Westpac Altitude Rewards and American Express Rewards. I hope that helps.

Hello all, with no minimum income being published, what are the chances if ones income is above $85,000?
