Hi Tom,
With this card, you don’t earn points. Instead, you can get up to $120 worth of Latitude Rewards each year, which you can redeem for e-gift cards from participating retailers when you spend $1,000 or more on eligible transactions in every statement period for 12 months. So the cap is essentially $120 worth of rewards per year.

The customer receives $10 Latitude Rewards for each month they spend $1,000 (effectively a 1% purchasing discount)
However is there a maximum limit of only that $10 reward per month, even when higher spending has been made in that month?

Hi Andrew,
Yes that is correct, the maximum amount of rewards is $120 per year. If you spend more than $1000 per month routinely and you’re looking to get more rewards from your spending habits, you could look at a different type of rewards card – you can check out some options here. You can get bonuses of up to 150k points, which can be worth thousands of dollars worth of flights or gift cards.
Hope this helps!

I’m interested in your latitude 28° global platinum mastercard. In your eligibility, you want employer details. I’m a retiree with self funded income. My rental income is over $100k a year. Do I qualify for this card?

Those 55 days , are they counted from the new purchase dates ? Or from statment generating date ?

Sarah Megginson Finder
March 25, 2024
Hi Mo, The 55 days are calculated from the first day of your statement period. For instance, if your statement period is March 1 to April 25 and you make a purchase on March 1, you have 55 days interest free if you pay for the item in full on April 25.
If you purchase something on March 10, then you have 45 days until April 25 to repay the item in full to avoid paying interest.
This is why it’s described as “up to” interest free days, as the date you make the purchase impacts the interest-free period.
Your statement will show a full closing balance, and if you pay this amount by the due date, you’ll avoid paying interset.
Hope this helps!
