Which networks does Phantom support?
Phantom now supports many of the most popular cryptocurrency networks:
What fees does Phantom charge?
Whenever you submit a transaction, you'll need to pay a network transaction fee (also known as a gas fee). This fee will vary based on the network you're using and how busty the network is at the time of the transaction.
However, this fee does not go to Phantom but the validators of the network (such as Bitcoin miners).
Phantom lets you set limits on the maximum gas fees you're happy to pay, but please note if you set these limits too low your transaction may not be processed.
If you use the Phantom Wallet to swap between tokens directly, Phantom will charge a 0.85% fee on top of any network fees.
Is Phantom safe?
Phantom includes a number of security features to better protect users and their funds.
It has been independently audited and does not track any personal information or balances.
Phantom will automatically flag suspicious transactions and keep you up-to-date on potential phishing sites via its open source blocklist. You can also report, hide and burn spam NFTs.
Like with any self-custodial wallet, it's ultimately up to you to keep your funds secure by never giving out your password or recovery phrase. You should also never interact with a dApp without first confirming that it's legitimate.
Phantom customer support
Phantom offers 24/7 support via its online chat bot.
