We asked 1,250+ Australian investors to rate their share trading platforms. Interactive Brokers achieved the highest overall score out of 15 rated online brokers. It scored highly for customer service, features and benefits, ease of use, fees and performance. 82% of users surveyed said they would recommend Interactive Brokers to others.
Pearler came in second place with a score of 4.31/5. Of the 45 Pearler customers surveyed by Finder, 93% said they would recommend this platform to others, the highest score of the 15 rated platforms. Pearler offers both share trading and micro-investment options.
Bell Direct was ranked third with an average score of 4.29/5. Of the 69 customers surveyed, 85% said they would recommend the broker to others. Bell Direct offers Australian shares, ETFs and options as well as high-quality research tools.
