Hi Cristie,
Thanks for your inquiry! To transfer money into the Citibank Plus Transaction account – you can have funds deposited directly at an over-the-counter Citibank branch, ATM, or online transfer from your another bank. (if it allows and please take note of bank transfer fees) You would need your Citibank account number to make the transfer.
Hope this was helpful. Don’t hesitate to message us back if you have more questions.
Best,
Nikki

Hi Dianne,
Thanks for reaching out! ANZ has a Pay Anyone option where you can transfer funds from your ANZ to another non-ANZ bank account online, by branch and phone banking. Take note of fees below.
Online NZD$18
Branch NZD$28
Phone banking NZD$28
To make a Pay Anyone payment you’ll need the BSB and Account number or PayID of the intended recipient. A PayID may be a phone number, email address, Australian Business Number (ABN)/Australian Company Number (ACN) or organization ID (Org ID). The funds are deducted from the selected account immediately and ANZ processes the payment. Once ANZ forwards the funds to the recipient’s account, it is dependent on their bank as to how long it takes for the funds to appear.
Regarding the currency, generally, you will need to transfer the same currency from your ANZ to your Citibank account but when you withdraw funds from your Citibank account – you will have the option to choose AUD or the local currency of the country you’re in.
Hope this helps!
Best,
Nikki
