      Hi Andy,

You cannot refinance a car you own outright as car refinancing is referring to the loan you are paying for the car with. You may be able to take out a secured personal loan and use your car as a security for the loan. You can learn more about some of your options and compare secured personal loans .

Before applying, please ensure that you meet all the eligibility criteria and read through the details of the needed requirements as well as the relevant Product Disclosure Statements/Terms and Conditions when comparing your options before making a decision on whether it is right for you.

      I hope this helps.

      Thanks,
      Elizabeth
