How does the Enviro Loan work?

The Enviro Loan is a personal loan that can be used for the purchase of sustainable and environmentally friendly purchases for home improvements. You can only purchase eligible products using the loan funds. This can include solar panels, solar hot water systems and insulation. Eligible products can be found here. As the interest rate is variable, your monthly interest payments may vary based on the market interest rate. This means that you can benefit if the rate drops, but will have to pay more if it increases. The minimum loan amount is quite low, starting at $500. You can make additional repayments and access the redraw facility.
