Solana (SOL) Price Prediction 2025
A panel of industry specialists gives us their predictions for the price of solana (SOL) through 2035.

Finder analyses expert predictions each quarter. We conducted our most recent survey in January 2025, in which our panel of 26 crypto industry specialists shared their thoughts on how solana (SOL) will perform through 2035.
All prices mentioned in this report are denominated in US dollars.
On average, our panellists think SOL will be worth $394.55 by the end of 2025 before rising to $1,027.27 by 2030 and $2,207.27 by 2035.
Our panellists think SOL will be worth an average of $394.55 by year-end 2025, 104% higher than the asset's price of $193.87 at the start of 2025.
Our panellists also predict that SOL will rise to $1,027.27 by year-end 2030 and $2,207.27 by year-end 2035.
Johnny Gabriele, the head analyst of blockchain economics and AI integration at the Lifted Initiative, is bullish on SOL's potential in 2025, giving the highest prediction in the panel at $1,000 based on "the strength of its [solana's] community."
Joseph Raczynski, a futurist for JT Consulting and Media, also sees SOL having a strong 2025, preciting SOL could go as high as $500 and should stand the test of time.
Solana has a huge following, the second coming of ethereum. It's easy to use but also very centralised. As people sort out which is more important, SOL should be around for a long time — but will be used for specific use cases like memecoins and low-tier NFTs (non-fungible tokens).
Ben Ritchie, MD at Alpha Node Global, is similarly bullish with a prediction of $500, even going so far as to say that his prediction of $500 is conservative.
Solana is fast and cheap, which is suitable for the mass network participants. Our $500 estimate is conservative because demand can push this higher, especially during memes, gaming and NFT hypes. These hype cycles will impact the valuation and volatility of solana.
Josh Fraser, the co-founder of Origin Protocol, gives one of the lower predictions at $240, saying that it will suffer at the hands of ethereum and those of its ilk.
Solana will continue to perform well alongside the broader crypto market. Its growing adoption and utility make it a standout player for 2025. However, its long-term potential may suffer from competitors like ethereum and Layer 2 solutions.
The majority of the panel (67%) say SOL is a buy in 2025. A further quarter (25%) say you should hodl, with just 8% advising that it's time to sell.
In the buy camp is Jeremy Britton, the CFO of BostonTrading.co, based on SOL's utility.
SOL is a coin that has a purpose and utility. Like ETH before it and oil or silver before that, the price will continue to rise until a viable alternative emerges.
Gracy Chen, the CEO of Bitget, also sees SOL as a buy and is cautiously optimistic about its price going forward.
SOL's ecosystem is expanding with DeFi and NFT growth, supporting a bullish outlook — although current analyses show a mix of signals with a price around $217.99, hinting at cautious optimism for future price movements.
Ruadhan O, the founder of Seasonal Tokens, is bullish on SOL, saying it's a buy in 2025 and says a possible ETF (exchange-traded fund) could see SOL outperform the rest of the market.
In 2025, solana's price is likely to increase along with the bitcoin price and the broader market, but an ETF approval could result in solana outperforming the rest of the market. The new quantum-resistant Winternitz Vault could be attractive to investors worried about the pace of advancement of quantum computing, possibly resulting in upward price pressure.
The panel thinks SOL has a lot of potential in 2025, with 56% saying the token is undervalued. A little over a quarter of the panel (28%) say SOL is fairly priced, and just 16% say it's overpriced.
Sathvik Vishwanath, the CEO of Unocoin, says SOL is currently undervalued.
Solana's ultra-fast transaction speeds, low fees and robust ecosystem for NFTs and DeFi position it as a strong competitor to ethereum. Its innovative consensus mechanism (Proof of History) enhances scalability, making it a go-to choice for developers.
