Why does Finder offer fee-free trading?

The Finder app is designed to help people save money and make better financial decisions, and we're always looking for ways to offer our customers even more.

We wanted to give everyone a simple and cost-effective way to buy and sell cryptocurrency, and make it easy for crypto-curious people to get started, which is why we now offer fee-fee trading.

At the end of the day, the less you pay in fees, the more money you have to put towards your trades. With fee-free trading in the Finder app, you don't pay any commission or trading fees, no matter how many trades you make.

Fee free trading example

Trading fees example

Say you invested $1,000 in Bitcoin at the beginning of the year and were charged a 2% trading fee. This means you paid $20 in fees and purchased $980 of Bitcoin.

After 1 year, Bitcoin has gone up 10% (excluding spread) and the value of your original trade is now $1,078. You decide to sell all your Bitcoin and pay the same 2% trading fee. This means you pay $21.56 in fees, which leaves you with $1,056.44, or an overall profit of $56.44.

Now let's imagine you had put the same $1,000 in Bitcoin using the Finder app's fee-free trading. As you paid no trading fees, you initially buy $1,000 of Bitcoin. After 1 year, Bitcoin is up 10% (excluding spread) and your original purchase is now worth $1,100.

You decide to sell it fee-free using the Finder app, meaning you end up with $100 in profit from your original $1,000 purchase, almost doubling your profits compared to the original example.
