      Hi Annie,

      Thanks for your question.

The conditions for this loan are as follows:
-The loan amount is more than $5,000
-You are over 18 years of age
-You haven’t defaulted on any loan or credit within the last three years
-You haven’t entered bankruptcy within the last 7 years
-You’re an Australian resident or citizen
-You can provide evidence of a regular income

You’ll need to be able to show that your income can service your repayments. Since your loan amount is less than $15,000 the discount may not apply. Please refer to the interest rate for this.

If you have any questions about your eligibility, please speak to the customer service team at NRMA as they will be able to provide you with a more informed answer.

      Cheers,
      Shirley

      Hi Sherrin,
      thanks for the question.

To be eligible to apply for this loan with a pension you must be earning over $1,500 a month and fully own your home.

      I hope this helps,
      Marc.
