Finder's Customer Satisfaction Awards highlight the gas brands Aussies love and trust most, based on factors like customer service, features and benefits, ease of application and value for money.
Our awards are nationally representative as well as broken down by state for NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA.
Origin Energy took the top spot in this year's gas customer satisfaction awards. It got the highest overall score of 4 out of 5.
Origin Energy also achieved top scores for customer service against the competition. It received 4.01 out of 5.
Red Energy received strong support in New South Wales, scoring a solid 4.27 out of 5 for overall customer satisfaction.
ENGIE (formerly Simply Energy) was voted the top-value gas provider in this year's customer satisfaction awards, with a score of 3.97 out of 5.
Red Energy got top marks for being the most trusted gas brand in NSW, scoring a solid 4.71 out of 5. 97% of Red Energy customers said it was trustworthy and reliable.
Red Energy was given another nod by NSW residents for great customer service, giving it a score of 4.29 out of 5.
Lumo Energy knocked it out of the park for overall customer satisfaction in VIC, scoring 4.17 out of 5. It did well in each category, getting at least a score of 4 or more.
Lumo Energy was voted the top-value gas brand in this year's customer satisfaction awards for VIC, with a score of 4.04 out of 5.
Red Energy was the most trusted brand this year, with a strong score of 4.65 out of 5. 97% of Red Energy customers said it was trustworthy and reliable.
Globird Energy was given the nod by VIC residents for great customer service, giving it a score of 4.19 out of 5.
Red Energy received strong support in New South Wales, scoring a solid 4.04 out of 5 for overall customer satisfaction. It did particularly well in the customer service category.

Alinta Energy was the most trusted gas brand in QLD this year, with a strong score of 4.4 out of 5. 91% of Alinta Energy customers said it was trustworthy and reliable.
Red Energy was given the nod by QLD residents for great customer service, giving it a score of 4.09 out of 5.
AGL Energy stood out from the competition in SA, getting top scores for overall customer satisfaction with a 4.25 out of 5. It scored a 4 or higher across all 4 categories.
AGL also gave other brands a run for their money after topping this category with a score of 4.06 out of 5.
AGL was the most trusted brand this year in SA, with a score of 4.7 out of 5. 97% of AGL customers said it was trustworthy and reliable.
AGL notched up a final win in SA for its customer service, scoring 4.21 out of 5.
AGL took the top spot in this year's gas customer satisfaction awards for WA. It got the highest overall score of 4.52 out of 5.
AGL was also voted the top-value gas provider in WA, with a score of 4.51 out of 5.
AGL was the most trusted brand this year in WA, with a score of 4.66 out of 5. 94% of AGL customers said it was trustworthy and reliable.
AGL made it 4 out of 4 by getting a final win for customer service, scoring a solid 4.43 out of 5.

Each year, thousands of Australians rate brands they've used as part of Finder's Customer Satisfaction Awards program. Aussies rate brands within a product category across a range of metrics, including 'value for money' and 'customer service'. Finder worked with leading data, insights and consulting company, Dynata to survey customers and collect their responses.
