RAC Travel Insurance came out on top among 20 brands with a score of 4.48/5. Out of all brands, RAC was one of the most trusted, with 97% of people surveyed considering the insurer trustworthy and reliable.

Tick Travel Insurance was second place with a score of 4.45/5 overall. Tick scored among the highest for ease of application with a 4.6/5. 94% of customers we surveyed thought the insurer was trustworthy.
Southern Cross came in third place this year. It scored 4.44/5 overall, with 4.6 for ease of application and 4.4 for its range of features and benefits. 97% of Aussies surveyed felt that Southern Cross was a trustworthy brand.
Tick Travel Insurance came in first place for value for money this year. It topped the list with score of 4.49/5.
RAC came in second for value of money. It earned a score of 4.42 from customers.
Fast Cover ranked third for value of money this year, scoring 4.38/5. 94% of customers we talked to viewed the brand as reliable and trustworthy.

Southern Cross secured second place for the most trusted brand. It earned a score of 4.75/5 from people we surveyed.
InsureandGo came in third this year for the most trusted brand. It received a score of 4.74/5 from people we surveyed. Of the people surveyed, 97% said InsureandGo is a trustworthy brand
RAC Travel Insurance is this year's winner for customer service, scoring 4.49/5 to lead all brands.
Tick Travel Insurance came in second place for customer service, with a score of 4.41/5.
Southern Cross came in third place for customer service in 2024. It was awarded a score of 4.33 from customers we polled.
Each year, thousands of Australians rate brands they've used as part of Finder's Customer Satisfaction Awards program. Aussies rate brands within a product category across a range of metrics, including 'value for money' and 'customer service'. Finder worked with leading data, insights and consulting company, Dynata to survey customers and collect their responses.
