Ask a question
When points build up from fuel purchases from BP what is the conversion of those points to litres of fuel.
Hi David,
Thanks for your question.
That actually depends. But basically, with your Velocity points, you will automatically be opted into a BP in-store redemption option of $10. The BP in-store redemption option ranges from $10 and $60. For instance, 1,667 Velocity Points will save you $10 next time you visit BP. You can manage BP in-store redemption option at any time by logging into your Velocity account and selecting ‘Pay with Points In-Store’.
So when you next fill up or shop at BP, if you have reached the dollar value of your selected BP in-store redemption option on eligible products and have enough points available in your account, you will be offered to redeem your Velocity points on the BP PinPad.

Can I earn points on past Virgin mobile bills? I have had an 2 services for over one year and did not know I could have been earning points :)
Hi Tara,
Thanks for your question.
Unfortunately, you’ll only start earning points from the time you add your Velocity membership number to your Virgin Mobile account. This will then apply to any existing Postpaid services you have with Velocity.
Cheers,
May
Could you please send me a list of retailers where I am able to collect points?
Thanking you,
Cindy
Hi Cindy,
Thanks for your question.
If you have a credit card that lets you earn Velocity frequent flyer points, you should be able to collect points when paying for a regular purchase of products or services to a merchant that accepts your card. The exclusions on when you won’t earn points depend on the credit card you are holding.
Cheers,
Anndy
I have made several domestic flights in Australia and to NZ. How can i upload this information in my account so i’ll get points ?
Hi Carla,
Thanks for your question.
If you’re already a Velocity frequent flyer, you can claim missing points for flights made with Virgin Australia and its partners. You can make claims within six months of travel, so long as you were already a Velocity Frequent Flyer.
You can claim points by logging into your Velocity frequent flyer account, click on the “Missing Points Claims” section and follow the prompts. Please make sure to have the details of your flight (such as your flight number and booking number) handy before you make the claim.
I hope this has helped.
Cheers,
Sally
