EBM landlord insurance is good if you want an insurer that comes with lots of options, including short-term rental cover that can be tailored to your property and your needs. However, it doesn't offer additional add-ons, unlike the majority of insurers.

  • Unlike many insurers, EBM offers short-term rental options.

Cons

  • It cheaper to pay annually. A handful of insurers we looked at allow you to pay monthly at no extra cost.
