Ever wanted financial compensation for your sh*t haircut? Now you can.

Botched Babes, the latest innovators in the insurance industry, have released a new to market product — Bad Beauty Experience Insurance.

The product aims to reimburse gorgeous girls for their terrible beauty experiences, where compensation has been otherwise unavailable.

Founder and CEO, Tiphanee Lovegood, says she spotted a gap in the market like a chin hair on an unsuspecting woman — a catastrophe to be remedied immediately.

"Personally, I think a bad beauty experience should be punishable with jail time, but for as long as that's not possible, insurance will have to do".

When asked about where the idea came from, Tiphanee said:

"I was sitting at the hairdressers with that godforsaken cape around my shoulders and the worst haircut of my life, when I found myself gently asking if there was anything that could be done about the horror show hanging from my scalp…And an idea was born".

With this new product, people all across Australia will now be able to claim for their bad beauty experiences.

Asked for the Gracie Abrams bob but left looking like Lord Farquaad? Start filling out that claim form, baby.
Requested a natural almond nail but left looking like a witch with talons? The claim form is waiting.
Went for a brow tint and now your child can't look at you without screaming? You know what to do.

And that's not all. There are also a range of optional extras available to be added to your policy for a small fee.

Subjected to extended mirror time cover: If you're forced to sit in front of the mirror in a cape with wet hair for longer than 10 minutes, you can make a claim for up to $600.
Young and unstoppable cover: This one is for balding men under 30 who are too young to be dealing with such an unstoppable expanse of scalp. If you start balding before your 30th birthday, and your barber comments on it, you could be entitled to compensation.
Not a girl's girl cover: If you suspect your beautician is not a girl's girl then you can make a claim for up to $1 million.

Tiphanee says:

"Of course, you'll need receipts to claim this one so be sure to leave out some bait. Jam some spinach in your teeth or ask her for a tampon - if she doesn't tell you about the spinach or denies you a sanitary product, she is NOT a girl's girl and you can just start filling out your claim form then and there".

While this is a first to market insurance product, there are some more features that make this truly unique.

"Trust is a huge problem in the insurance industry and we wanted our customers to know we've got their backs."

Therefore, special claims protocols apply to the following circumstances:

Your hairdresser didn't ask if you'd been having a hard time before cutting your hair short: If this happens, your claim will be expedited to the top of the pile for immediate approval.
You ran into your ex or high school bully while feeling ugly: If this happens, a customer support agent will contact you immediately to discuss your claim.
The incident occurred during the luteal phase of your cycle: If this happens, a care package will be dispatched immediately and your claim will be approved with no questions asked.

Finder's own insurance expert, Peta Taylor, said:

"We'd normally encourage people to compare their options before buying into any insurance product but this time...I think you're better off just adding to cart. I can't think of a better way to spend your hard earned cash."
