5. Westpac Low Rate Card
The Westpac Low Rate Card has a Finder Score of 9.31. It has a 0% balance transfer offer for 26 months. But there is a one-off balance transfer fee of 2%.
This card is a very competitive balance transfer offer for those looking for a low rate card. The annual fee is waived for the first year, which saves you even more (it's usually $59).
