"Medicare’s Pet Max Cover with Extra Care is a small price to pay for the cover that you receive. Their pricing is on the higher end compared to other insurers – but for a few extra dollars a month, it has one of the most comprehensive policies and has been an absolute lifesaver. They have saved me $15,000 in vet fees for a sick kitten. The option to have a no excess policy, with a reimbursement rate of up to 90% (including routine care), for up to $30,000 a year is a no brainer! Medibank are also one of the handful of insurers that partner with GapOnly (if you go to a GapOnly vet) which has allowed me to claim on the spot and pay the difference instead of footing the entire bill and waiting weeks to be reimbursed. "
