Citibank on their site mention their ATM partners but do not list who they are. How do I find out who their ATM partners are for UK and Europe apart from Visa branded ATMs?

      Hi Richo,

      Thanks for your comment.

You can locate Citi’s international ATM partners using the findmyciti website. I’ve sent you a link via email.

      I hope this has helped.

      Thanks,

      Sally

Thanks Sally, I have used findmyciti but it was less than helpfully looking for ATMs in Europe. Citibank don’t seem to have many if any ATMs in Europe and they don’t list their partner ATMs. The best option is to search for Visa Plus ATMs.
      Cheers

      Hi Richo,

Thanks for your response and I’m sorry to hear that the findmyciti app wasn’t particularly helpful.

Yes, you will be able to access your funds via a Visa Plus ATM. Please keep in mind that some local ATM fees may apply.

      Best,

      Sally
