Verdict

Alinta offers incentives in the form of access to the Alinta Rewards Store, which contains a range of discounts and offers on movie tickets, electronics and more. Kleenheat's incentive is a minimal $50 bill credit/gift card on some of its plans.

Neither Kleenheat or Alinta allow for account management or bill payment through a mobile phone app, and Kleenheat's cheapest plans require you to pay via direct debit.

There's not a lot to set Kleenheat apart from Alinta, but you might be better off siding with Alinta if you want slightly better customer service. Otherwise, choose a plan and brand based on your individual circumstances and your natural gas needs.
